Luana is the founder and creative director of Clic Studios Decor, a styling studio dedicated to intimate, detail-driven celebrations.

Her background is rooted in large-scale event production through Plug Vancouver, where she spent years coordinating high-energy events, managing logistics under pressure, and learning what makes an experience truly land. Working at scale taught her precision, timing, and execution. But it also revealed something deeper.
While others focused on the crowd, Luana found herself focused on the atmosphere. The way lighting shifts a room. The way florals soften a space. The quiet details that shape how something feels long after it ends.

Clic Studios was built from that realization.

Today, she applies her production expertise to thoughtfully styled birthdays, children’s celebrations, romantic setups, proposals, and milestone gatherings. Her approach is calm, intentional, and structured. Every project begins with clarity and ends with a fully prepared space so clients can walk in and be present.

Clic Studios Decor provides full on-site setup and styling for intimate celebrations. To ensure a smooth installation and event flow, the following requirements apply:

Access to Space
The event space must be accessible at least 2–3 hours prior to guest arrival for setup. Clear entry access (elevator or stairs) must be confirmed in advance.

Power Access
If LED candles, lighting elements, or electric décor features are included, access to a standard power outlet is required.

Clear Setup Area
The designated styling area (bedroom, dining space, venue room, etc.) should be cleared prior to arrival unless otherwise discussed. Furniture movement is limited and must be confirmed beforehand.

Venue Approval
If the event is taking place at a hotel or rented venue, clients are responsible for securing décor approval and confirming any venue restrictions regarding balloons, adhesives, candles, or wall attachments.

Ceiling Height & Layout
Ceiling balloon installations require standard residential ceiling height (8–10 feet). Higher ceilings may require additional equipment and should be disclosed in advance.

Parking & Load-In
Nearby parking or a designated loading zone must be available for equipment transport. Travel outside the standard service area may incur additional fees.

Breakdown & Removal
Unless otherwise arranged, décor is designed for single-use or next-day removal. Teardown services can be added upon request.
