When you hire me, you hire a consummate professional. Perhaps it's the years of live television experience where anything can happen, or perhaps it's my ability to think on my feet, but whatever the reason, I remain cool and keep things rolling even through the most stressful of circumstances.

I will write my own copy if required. I'm easygoing and fluid and can make any last minute changes you need, because, you know, life happens. I like to think that MC stands for Make Calm. I'm good at that.

I may have an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English & Political Science from the University of Toronto, but my first love is performing. My 20 year broadcast career began at Canada’s Weather Network and quickly transitioned to news, weather and entertainment. After a three year stint at Chum’s Ottawa news station, The New RO, I moved to my hometown of Toronto and began what was to be a 10 year role as the Face of Canada’s Country Music Television (CMT). There, I added producing and writing to my hosting duties, while appearing on many television dramas, including La Femme Nikita (2011), Flashpoint (2009) and The Border (2008). All the while, my love of - and flare for - home reno and decor helped land me a series of lifestyle roles, including fill in Host for Marilyn Dennis on Cityline (2008), and Host of My Rona Home on City TV in (phone number hidden)1.

When my role evolved into Leadership Coaching, I was able to bring both worlds together by appearing on national television (CBC, (phone number hidden)9) as Communications Expert.
