I would be pleased to recommend Rob Pagetto for event production and live program management.

What initially began as a small role supporting our March 24 Spring TrAIning executive symposium — even helping with simple stage moments such as playing catch to reinforce the baseball theme — quickly evolved into Rob becoming a resource I knew I could count on throughout the event.

From early planning through execution, Rob consistently stepped up wherever needed. His willingness to participate in the site inspection ahead of the event added a real sense of comfort and confidence, knowing there was someone detail-oriented thinking through flow, logistics, and practical execution before guests even arrived.

On the day itself, he was fully on top of his game. Rob kept everything organized, moved quickly to prepare panelists, managed transitions smoothly, and handled the countless behind-the-scenes details that allowed the event to run exceptionally well. Whether coordinating speakers, keeping timing tight, or responding calmly to changing needs in real time, he brought professionalism and composure throughout.

What stood out most was his reliability and willingness to help beyond what was originally expected. He became an important part of the team, and his contribution had a direct impact on the success of the show.

Rob is a true professional, highly dependable under pressure, and someone I would welcome the opportunity to work with again on future events.

Rob was our Auctioneer this weekend at a charity Gala for the homeless. He was phenomenal. He worked so hard, getting the whole room involved, he far surpassed our expectations for the live auction prizes bidding.
In addition to this, he hosted a paddle auction for straight donations and he was able to engage the whole room once again going above and beyond our fundraising goals.
He is funny and respectful and professional, and he works even the toughest room for the benefit of the charity. Worth every penny. Absolutely booking him again for next events.
Classy but not pretentious. Engaging but not obnoxious. He read the room and navigated it beautifully. Highly recommended.

Rob came with preparedness, professionalism and flexibility.
He met with me and the team a few times before the event to make sure he understood the vision. He also brought in great suggestions that we ended up incorporating into our event. Rob was able to engage our guests with jokes and funny comments but he was also able to touch their hearts with his warmth and humanity. He made it fun and easy for our guests to want to give to our cause to help end sex trafficking in our city and provide housing and programming for survivors.
Don’t bother looking elsewhere because he’s the guy you want at your event!

We had a wonderful experience with Rob Pagetto, our trivia host, hosting a Trivia Social at the Active Adult Centre of Mississauga. He brought great energy to the event and kept everyone engaged from start to finish with a fun and friendly competition including Trivia questions and Minute to Win It games. Our seniors especially enjoyed his sense of humor—he was personable, and knew how to connect with the group. People did not expect that the audience would be such a big part of the game and slowly warmed up to the idea as everyone was so curious.
The games were well-organized, fun, and perfectly suited for our audience. There was a great mix of questions that sparked laughter, conversation, and a bit of friendly competition. It was clear he put thought into making the experience enjoyable for everyone.
Overall, it was a great afternoon for a social activity, and we would happily recommend him to anyone looking to host an entertaining and engaging trivia event!

Once again, we knew we had to include Rob Pagetto in our family’s wedding celebrations. After the incredible job he did as Master of Ceremonies at our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding in November 2022, there was no question that Rob needed to be part of our daughter’s wedding as well.

This time, Rob went above and beyond—serving not only as the officiant for the ceremony at Tyndale Chapel, but also traveling to Niagara-on-the-Lake to continue as Master of Ceremonies for the reception. His flexibility and dedication were truly appreciated.

After the first wedding, we felt the celebration simply wouldn’t have been the same without him, and now Rob truly feels like part of our extended family. He treated us as if we were his own. His personality, charisma, charm, and incredible ability to read the room are second to none. He kept the reception flowing seamlessly—on track and on time—without it ever feeling forced, and he never allowed a moment to pass without making it feel special.

Rob also introduced a unique and fun game during dinner to engage the guests instead of the traditional “tapping glasses” to make the bride and groom kiss. It was creative, entertaining, and a huge hit with everyone!

We received countless compliments from family and guests about how incredible Rob was and how much he added to the entire wedding experience—and we couldn’t agree more. Thank you once again, Rob, for helping create memories we will treasure forever!
