Dr. Gaines delivers Scripture-centered messages, Bible studies, leadership seminars, motivational presentations, and Christian workshops for churches, ministries, conferences, retreats, community organizations, and special events. His teaching combines biblical truth with practical wisdom, encouragement, and real-world leadership experience.
He is also authorized to officiate weddings in Pennsylvania and works with couples to create respectful, meaningful, Christ-centered ceremonies. Influences and inspiration
My greatest influence is the Word of God and the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. I am also inspired by the Apostle Paul’s careful teaching of doctrine, Peter’s boldness, Stephen’s courage, Philip’s work as an evangelist, and Timothy’s commitment to faithfully continue the work of ministry.
Among more recent Christian leaders, I appreciate ministers and teachers who combine biblical faithfulness, sound exposition, spiritual conviction, compassion, and practical application. I am also influenced by the preaching and moral leadership of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the evangelistic clarity of Billy Graham, and the biblical teaching of Dr. Tony Evans.
My background as a minister, educator, chaplain, author, mediator, and labor-relations leader also shapes how I communicate. I seek to present Scripture accurately while connecting its timeless truth to the real spiritual, personal, relational, and leadership challenges people face today. My goal is not to imitate another speaker, but to faithfully use the voice, experience, and calling God has given me.
