Hi! We’re Elaine in Bloom, a mother-daughter event decor team based in Louisiana.

We specialize in creating personalized designs for weddings, parties, and special celebrations. What started as a passion for decorating and the arts turned into a business we truly love. We can’t wait to help your vision Bloom!

Setup Time: We require 2–4 hours for full event setup, depending on the scale.

Space Requirements: Clear access to the venue and sufficient space for backdrops, balloon installs, and tablescapes is needed.

Power Access: Required for setups involving lighting or inflatable props.

Weather Notice: For outdoor events, coverage is required for rain or high wind.

Delivery & Breakdown: We handle delivery, setup, and breakdown — all you need to do is show up and enjoy.

No special lighting or sound needs unless coordinating with other vendors. We work closely with planners and venues to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience.
