I am seeking a full refund. They did not show or contact me. I am currently recovering from surgery and have had no contact from the vender. I was so wanting them to be a part of my event.

We settled on an agreed upon product & services that he would deliver. He then proceeded to try to get out of it & shorten his time of service even though it was clearly set in the request. He asked our volunteers to clean up after him even though he was being paid & they were not. This was not a good experience & I would not recommend his service.

I book this service for a first birthday/baptism party. It was booked short notice and was thrilled that I could be accommodated. I ordered a balloon entrance feature for outside and inside feature was quoted a price of $350 but evening before was told email was misread and I would have to pay an additional $100. I never saw the large outside feature because Luther was working on it when we left for baptism and when we returned home for the party an hour and a half later over 3/4 of feature was metal rods.. nearly all balloons had popped and were still popping as we drove up. By the time my granddaughter saw it.. it was nothing left, I was very disappointed and upset! I gave 2 stars because Luther and his partner were very nice and the inside feature was what I'd asked and last through and beyond the event.

Creative in his balloon twisting, made all sorts of shapes! Very professional, friendly, easy to work with! Will definitely use for future events!

I have used BalloonBubbleBuddies on 2 separate occasions now and the guy who has handled the balloon twisting has been great. Excellent quality balloon figures and a great attitude.

Very engaging and entertaining to the crowd - the kids really loved the interaction and the personal attention especially to birthday queen.

Luther and Ty were wonderful at my son's birthday party we had at a local park. They were so great with all the kids making sure they included everyone! Luther mastered a Pikachu by the end of the party and Ty had all the kids wanting Pokemon painted faces! They exceeded all my expectations and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

They had a great time at the First Baptist Gulf Shores pumpkin patch and party making creative balloons for the kids (and adults). Everyone loved the balloon creations! They also did excellent face painting for the kids of all ages.
