Through his nearly 40+ years in the workforce, his significant (and at times unbelievable) life experiences, his stints in stand-up comedy, pastoral care, and the US Navy, as well as his role as husband, father, grandfather, and small business owner- Dwayne has become a professional people person and relationship expert. He wrote The Relationally Driven Approach and built a business teaching others how to engage effectively with other people.

In addition to leadership development & coaching, he and his wife, Deborah, own a small but rapidly growing retail store and fundraising organization, based on his love for all things coffee.
