Matt was born in Croatia and he is playing drums for 10 years. He has studied in London at the University of East London ((link hidden)) with the title of Drum Higher Diploma in Popular Music Performance. His teachers include Fergus Gerrand, Chuck Sabo, Justin Scott, Neil Martin, Gareth Dylan Smith and Darren Ashford. Matt has been involved in many projects playing different styles of music such as pop, funk, latin, jazz, blues, gospel, reggae, motown. He is influenced by artists such as James Brown, The Brecker Brothers, Toto, Depeche Mode, Nirvana, Queens Of Stone Age, Weather Report, Quincy Jones, Joe Zawinul, John Williams, Ludwig van Beethoven, Fryderyk Chopin, Michael Jackson, Tony Williams, The Police, The Beatles, Buddy Rich, Vinnie Colaiuta, Dennis Chambers, Danny Carey, Steve Smith, Benny Greb,Johnny Rabb, Mike Portnoy, Mike Mangini, etc. Matt is involved in a couple of projects, such as Rapid Heart Beats, Passing Clouds, Lyder Av Skogen.
