January 9, 2025Drop The Mic came to Leisure World to sing for a group called The Fun Bunch. We met in the Chesapeake Room on a Sunday afternoon to celebrate the New Year. The members brought all of their equipment, had a printed booklet with the songs they were planning to sing, and we simply loved the performance. All of the eight members were engaging with the audience and the harmony was perfect. They sang holiday songs as well as songs from the 60s, 70s. and 80s. Julie was my contact person - she was readily available by phone and text and everything went very smoothly. I hope to invite them back to Leisure World to perform in my high-rise. I highly recommend this group for your entertainment!
