Clear Communication with the Event Coordinator at least 7 days before the event for a full rundown of the schedule, goals, and audience profile. Run of Show or detailed event itinerary at least 72 hours in advance.

For Live Hosting / Emceeing / Hype Performances
Audio:

Wireless handheld microphone (preferred) or a high-quality lapel mic with full range.

Access to the event soundboard operator or DJ for cues, music drops, or transitions. (All Access)

Monitors or an in ear system for on-stage feedback if the venue is large or outdoors.

Lighting:

Basic stage lighting required for visibility and engagement.

Dynamic or color-shifting lighting is preferred for high-energy events (concerts, sports, pep rallies, etc.).

Staging:
An elevated platform or stage is preferred to maintain a strong audience connection.

Minimum of 8x8 feet of clear movement space for high-energy crowd engagement.

Side access to audience areas if crowd interaction is expected. (must be organized & Security present)

High-quality audio is delivered in .WAV or .MP3 format, based on client specs.

Turnaround time ranges from 24–72 hours, depending on script length and complexity.
