Dr. Dorinda Rolle is president of Rolle and Associates, a management consulting and training firm offering services to nonprofit organizations and businesses in the areas of strategic planning, board development, corporate training, group facilitation, research and special projects. She is also a partner in the change management firm, Transition Management Solutions, LLC.
Dr. Rolle has held positions with various organizations in the academic, business, government and nonprofit arenas. She has been an adjunct professor in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at St. Mary's University and currently teaches at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She also conducts executive coaching, leadership training and organizational development consulting. She is an expert in forming and managing nonprofit and tax exempt organizations.

She is a graduate of several leadership programs and has designed, developed and evaluated leadership programs.
She is a past president of the San Antonio Association for Organization Development and a past president of the San Antonio Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (formerly ASTD). Dr. Rolle has served on several nonprofit boards and holds memberships with various professional and civic associations and volunteers her time and skills in a diverse range of interests including international efforts in Mexico, Tanzania, Japan, South Africa and Israel.
Dr. Rolle earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas where her doctoral research focused on leadership development. She is a native of Washington, DC, enjoys travel, reading and service to the community.
