Darius A. Collins, better known by his stage name DJ Krunkkid, is an amplified, high energy DJ that has grasped attention from both adult and youth audiences.

DJ Krunkkid once attended a Chris Brown and Lil Wayne concert that changed his view on music forever. He was fascinated with how the artists were able to interact with the crowed. He took particular notice to the DJ, who was full of energy. DJ Krunkkid said the DJ's energy was like an ocean wave. Then it hit him! He knew what he wanted to do. He wanted to become a DJ!

Thanks to Mr. Steven Flament, DJ Krunkkid begin DJing at the young age of 14. He put his DJ skills to work by working teen concerts & parties. As he became more experienced he moved on to DJ larger events. At age 17 he had his first major DJ experience at The Ritz in Ybor City. DJ Krunkkid has been invited to host and promote many local & major events, including HIT (History In Tampa), which included several mainstream artists. DJ Krunkkid feels that his love for music can impact lives in a positive way because thru his music, he can make someone dance or smile . It's his goal to create unity one sound at a time and one beat of a rhyme.
