I provide DJ services for various events. I have DJ'd weddings, corporate events, marketing events, and house parties. I can provide a variety of music and work closely with the client to determine their musical preference. I am available mostly on nights and weekends, and have my own sound system if there is not one available.

November 4, 2023Chis made our wedding an event to remember. We had a very diverse mix of guests and were struggling to find music that everyone would enjoy since so many cultures would be in the room. Chris took the time to understand the different musical styles and blended them in a way that everyone really enjoyed themselves. He was always really flexible because we didn't know if the weather was going to cooperate but he assured us that he would be ready to go no matter where he had to setup - and he was. A true professional that we were thankful to have DJ our wedding.

I can offer sound engineering services for events as well as DJ services. I am not the kind of DJ that talks over the music. Most of my clients prefer the DJ to spin records without the extra interaction. I do have microphones available if my client has a host that they would like to facilitate the evening. I enjoy blending songs, scratching records together, and will take a limited amount of requests during the event. I prefer to engage with my clients prior to the event to gain an understanding of their musical tastes, in order to ensure that they are pleased with the music that is played during the event.
A native of the Midwest, DJ KID of HMK Entertainment is now a resident of Southern California. Based in the Coachella Valley, HMK Ent. will provide music depending on your taste. Some of his featured genres are: Top 40, Rap, Afrobeat, 90s Hip Hop, Trap, Instrumental vibes, 80s music, and more! DJ KID has a BA in Audio Production, and has worked in the music industry for over 20 years.
I will need a table for my equipment, and a power source close to where I will be staged (I do not provide a generator). I can use the house sound system or bring 2 Alto indoor/outdoor speakers.
