About
Las Vegas’ DJ Joey D developed a love for music at a young age. After buying his first set of turntables, he started playing music for neighborhood parties. At 16, Joey started a DJ service and became a popular DJ throughout Fairfield County, CT, and Westchester County, NY. By age 20, he began spinning for some of the best nightclubs in the tri-state area.
At age 27, Joey opened Joey D’s Records, catering to DJs and music professionals. His DJ expertise and knowledge of music attracted DJs from New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut for music and programming advice.
In 1998, Joey accepted the head DJ position at Lily’s Beach Club at the Horizon Casino Resort, Lake Tahoe. By 2002, Joey had become the lead DJ of Studio 54 at the MGM Grand, and since then, he has spun at every major resort on the Las Vegas strip.
Today, Joey is one of Las Vegas’ go-to music authorities, still spinning at the best properties on the strip. His mixing and music expertise keep him at the forefront of the DJ industry.
