Diversity and Inclusion Expert Speaker

Sydney Brunson currently serves as the Head of Culture for Microsoft North America (MSNA). She’s responsible for employee engagement, rewards and recognition and diversity and inclusions for 12,000 employees. MSNA is Microsoft's largest sales subsidiary, managing over 11,000 customers and 900 partners that together drive over $58 billion in annual revenue. Prior to that role, she served as Global Engagement, Multicultural Communities and Outreach Leader at Microsoft. There, she was responsible for supporting the growth of Black, Latinx, Asian and Indigenous communities. Her focus was on strengthening the employee experience by identifying strategies that will enhance recruitment, development and retention of this talent and driving Microsoft’s aligned external partnerships. Prior to Microsoft, she has worked at Pinterest and IBM, where she led strategy and initiatives from diversity recruiting to inclusive product design.

Sydney holds a Bachelor’s degree from Howard University and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
