DiSC Training

There are two options we offer:
Keynote Speaking- If you want to leave a lasting impact with a speaker who can engage, entertain, and influence a group to embrace an authentic message to improve morale in the workplace, select this service for that effect on your organization.

DiSC Training- If you want to understand behavior styles better to influence customers or the workplace. Typically, we recommend a half day of training to get the most impact out of this type of training. This service can be facilitated virtually, too.

As a sales trainer and a DiSC®️ consultant, I have over 18 years of experience providing training and sales management in various industries. I am passionate about improving team alignment, communication, and morale using the human behavior model DiSC®️and delivering customized training solutions that result in lower turnover, higher satisfaction, and increased productivity.

I have extensive experience developing and delivering sales training materials, including creating curriculum aligned with product training, facilitating new hire training, providing in-person and online classes, meeting and exceeding sales training goals, and leading cross-functional teams. I have also implemented the ADDIE method into the company's curriculum and elevated its content to increase its effectiveness. I have partnered with government, academic, and other organizations to streamline conferences using Conference Tracker and increased revenue by 50% over four months during the COVID-19 pandemic. I excel at creating valuable partnerships and working well with people at all levels of an organization, including stakeholders, executive management, team members, and clients.

This is best discussed within a 15-30 consultation with the event planner or event planning team. Typically, I show up train and present with the equipment provided.
