HER WIDE OCTAVE RANGE, SPANNING FROM 1ST SOPRANO TO BASS, IS A TESTAMENT TO HER REMARKABLE GIFT. YET, IT'S NOT JUST HER TECHNICAL SKILL THAT SETS HER APART-IT'S THE UNSHAKEABLE CONVICTION THAT SHE SINGS FOR A HIGHER PURPOSE, TO GLORIFY GOD AND BRING SOLACE TO THOSE WHO NEED IT MOST. Influences and inspiration
My artistic approach developed from listening a d practicing the styles of:
Karen Carpenter: Her influence taught me the power of a smooth, conversational delivery and the importance of impeccable phrasing to convey emotional depth.
Babbie Mason & Sandi Patty: These artists served as blueprints for mastering vocal range, technical precision, and the ability to command a narrative through song.
The Collingsworth Family & Gaither Vocal Band: From these groups, I’ve drawn a commitment to rich harmonic blending and the collaborative spirit required for professional ensemble performances.
By studying these acts, I have developed a style that prioritizes tonal clarity and a genuine connection with the audience.
