Im Elvana. I am dance permorning artist in Metro Detroit Area. I am originally from Albania. Dance is my passion, best friend and my path. It has helped many women around the world grow and empower themselves and it has done many wonders for me.
I believe passion and lots of training are the key to success. “You need passion to be a great dancer, or with any profession, actually. You also have to be humble enough to know that you are constantly learning, no matter how great other people may tell you that you are.”
I have had many years of consistent and passionate study of dance while keeping, engaging and connecting to its cultural and historical roots
I have studied modern Egyptian and fusion style bellydance with amazing Pamela Martin from Sequins & Sass and Kristina Czigany from Czigany Fusion.
With enormous gratitude I strive to share an amazing experience with the audience, my fellow dancers and the all the musicians. I have been very fortunate to find teachers who have inspired and encouraged me along the way. I continue to seek the mentorship of master dancers and teachers around the world.
I have had the privilege to dance for many charity, public and private events. I am very thankful. I hope to continue to bring the best of me to everyone and enlighten and encourage many people around the world.
