With his versatile repertoire, ranging from Jazz genres including; standards, swing, big band, smooth, bebop, funk, blues and an array of rock styles ranging from rock-n-roll, to rockin blues, funk, soul, classic, even reggae, country and rockabilly.
Dana is the saxophonist, and lead and harmony vocals in Lil' Elmo and The Cosmos, a rock-n-roll review show band, playing music from the 50's and 60's, doo wop to easy rider. His extensive band history includes, Rockin' Roulettes, Fabulous Spud Brothers, The Heroes, Jon Washington's Sounds of The Fortunes and Dana's own bands, Blue Light Boogie and the Kid Tater Band, to list a few. Dana also ran a successful jam session geared towards horn players, Taters Invaders. Dana's studio work has accompanied such notables as: Screamin' Jay Hawkins, Solomon Burke, Earl Thomas, and Skid Roper and The Whirlin Spurs, and The Beat Farmers. He's toured the U.S. to great reviews for over 2 decades.
