As a business owner in the behavioral health and home care industry, I have my share of success stories. Within this work, I have often put aside my psychological education and strategic training to know the person. A desire to know people and why we do what we do has been a costly education that I have undertaken and do take seriously. However, after a decade of listening and coaching these successes, I can narrow it all down to motivational peer support. People listening and talking things out. As a Christ believer, I speak life changing truths to my audience with some comedy, yet sincerity. I look forward to sharing over 15 years of knowledge and experiences that can impact your future!

My ideal audience is one who seeks motivation on the next move in life and can maintain a respectful sharing experience. The mature audience is one 18 years and older, seeking answers to life or professional motivation struggles that can be drawn from self. My speaking style works mostly on person first language and open ended questions that inspire growth from within.
After gaining many trainings, certifications and experience from the nonprofit sector, I was motivated to take the services I have provided to the next level and private. As a person who has suffered many of my own life challenges, I have dedicated myself to sharing these experiences in a motivating way that will allow others to relate and grow.
My post high school education includes Business Management/Entrepreneurship, Psychology, and Job Development/Retention. Yet, education left me with a love for the person. I have shared my personal story at different venues within the recovery community and continue to hear from others how much change has taken place from my inspiring words. In this venture, I offer group setting workshops with interactive planning as well as the beloved face to face action planning sessions.
I often bring interactive worksheet material to meetings and workshops when proper. However, I am open to assimilating to most agendas.
