My background is in Christian youth ministry and counseling, as well as logistics for mega events. I obtained my degree in Exercise Science/Personal Training 5 years ago and began doing public speaking at that time. My expertise is in life-coaching through helping my clients reset their thoughts, goals and escaping their comfort zones through self-empowerment and self-affirmation.
I am the mother of four adult children and I am an avid workout enthusiast. I stage and participate in Kansas City Success Camps as part of
my Success Unlimited business. My hobbies are hiking, biking, kayaking, country, Latin and ballroom dancing.
