Crystallized Conversations

My audiences consistently receive "stimulating," engaging, relevant and personal presentations. I can make a group of 50 feel like a group of 2, that is my gift. I thrive in spaces where the seating is maneuverable and the viewership is open, not concealed by permanent fixtures, poor lighting or overflow seating issues.
My audiences can expect my undivided attention from before the time I take the center of the room until after I leave the event. I am focused on my customer's needs prior to the presentation, as evidenced in my inquiry of gig specifics and beyond the presentation, when I seek professional feedback.
My audience can expect an energized yet thoughtful presentation which is largely interactive and will get the members of the group thinking, keeping them engaged and "on their toes" throughout the presentation. I have yet to disappoint!

My life has truly evolved to what I now refer to as a crystallized experience! I am a talent motivator and developer. I am a joyful observer of human kind. I have years of experience as a workforce development trainer, an adult educator, a human services specialist and a public servant. I've worked in multiple realms of leadership and have found a great fulfillment in having the opportunity to select my leadership roles, develop them and publish a higher product of service.

I love learning, sharing and watching growth in everyone who desires to become their best self! I am a professional trainer and public speaker. I enjoy developing business strategies and connecting the dots in seemingly complex situations. My teaching style has resulted in hundreds of adults demonstrating measurable behavior change, back in the school and/or work environment.

I've been told that I'm a teacher by nature and I consider that to be one of the most generous compliments of my lifetime. I am here to serve and enjoy the ride!

I ask that my delivery to audiences of more than 25 people be video recorded, with a high quality smart phone or other recording device for promotional purposes.
Whenever possible, I ask that my audiences be seated in a liberal or round table fashion. Standard classroom seating is not ideal for engaging audiences.
I require a microphone or amplification device if my audience will exceed 70 people or when the delivery space exceeds 1,800 sq feet.
If my work will be recorded, I require advance notice.
