Wonderful Band!

Crook and company was a highlight at our wedding! We got so many compliments on this band from our guests, many of whom stayed later than they intended to hear the band finish the night. Arron was a delight to work with and will make every effort to give you the best show possible. I would highly recommend this jazz band for your wedding or event.

We had a fantastic experience!

We hired Crook and Company for our garden wedding reception outside Green Bay. They traveled 2 hours to get to us. They played as a duet for the cocktail hour, and after dinner the full quartet played swing for approximately 3 hours.
When we were planning our reception Arron was responsive to our questions and professional. He was helpful for much more than just the aspects directly related to the music. He clearly communicated his needs to our wedding coordinator and made several suggestions for changes to our schedule that worked out great.
The band’s performance went above and beyond our expectations, bringing a classy vibe to our garden wedding. They are passionate and talented performers. Arron has a beautiful voice. Many of the guests noted that the whole band seemed to be enjoying themselves. They were very personable with guests and took several requests. They were flexible and adaptive through the whole event, quickly adjusting to several last second changes that arose. Arron helped with announcements and provided sound equipment to use for speeches after dinner.
Several of our guests had musical backgrounds and commented on the technical quality of the performance. Many asked us, “Where did you find these guys? They are great!”

We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Crook and Company!

Beautiful voice, would hire again!

Arron played at my daughter's wedding. It was a trio with voice, keyboard and drums and it was wonderful! It would not have been the same without them. I am so glad we found them. They were professional and Arron was very friendly and maintained great communication with me throughout the process. His voice is absolutely beautiful and I would definitely hire him again. If my others daughters get married I'd love to have his full band. But the trio was just fabulous as well. Thank you Arron and company for making my daughter's wedding a beautiful event! It was the icing on the cake!

An Old Soul in a Perfect Groove

For our 2019 wedding at Milwaukee’s historic Turner Hall we sought a rich but relaxed - even funky - feel. Vintage table decor. Comfort foods. Great whisky. Exceptional hospitality. And timeless music that everyone could enjoy. Arron Crook was hands-down the perfect vocalist for us. He has a gorgeous, smoky voice, a smooth expressiveness, and a very appealing stage presence. His delivery of mid-century standards and modern R&B hits were spot on, and conveyed a maturity well beyond his years. He’s an old soul.
