My offerings are fun, empowering and accessible for all ages and backgrounds and always tailored to the needs of the group. I love working with children and elders.
I have been teaching for over 12+ years. I own and manage a studio here in KC (Inner Space Yoga) and also offer group facilitation, space clearing, ceremonial blessings, tarot, astrology and spiritual guidance as well as educational presentations on holistic wellness, spirituality and movement.

I am an artist, teacher, community organizer and the steward and lead care-taker of Inner Space Yoga. A lifelong student of embodiment, I have been teaching movement formally since 2013. I was born and raised in Kansas City, but have also taught previously in San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York City.
My work is rooted in animism, which is the respect for the sacredness of all life, including the humans! I draw from deep reverence and ongoing study of qi gong, yoga, social justice and land-based community stewardship. I dream of a world where all people remember their belonging, the necessity of their gifts and heart-centered embodiment in community as both legacy and birthright.
