A Smithfield North Carolina native named Comedian, started her comedy journey over 17 years ago in character as
Gingergvitus, entertaining
church audiences with her unique brand of humor. After years of making folks laugh in character, she took the leap into stand-up, performing at venues across the country, including the LOL comedy club and Comedy Zone. Comedian is a survivor of domestic violence, she understands the power of laughter as healing and uses it to connect with audiences of all ages.
Growing up in a big family where humor was part of daily survival, she honed her skills early. Now she shares that gift with the world, proving that laughter truly is the best medicine.
