Clients should expect prompt communication within 12 hours regarding any special requests, venue specifications, or technical requirements.

In the days leading up to the event, I will confirm all performance details, review any special requests, and coordinate with the client or planner to ensure everything is prepared to the agreed standard. I arrive early to allow adequate time for setup, sound check, and coordination with the venue or planner before guests arrive. A full sound check is completed prior to guest arrival to ensure all microphones, instruments, and playback systems are functioning properly.

I remain flexible on-site to accommodate reasonable last-minute adjustments in coordination with the event timeline or planner requests. All equipment is set up in a clean and unobtrusive manner to maintain guest safety and preserve the event aesthetic. At the conclusion of the event, equipment is broken down efficiently and the area is left clean and as it was found.

I am a professional saxophonist and music educator based in Los Angeles specializing in live performance for weddings, cocktail hours, and private events. My focus is creating a smooth and elevated atmosphere that fits seamlessly into your event from relaxed background jazz to more energetic modern sets.

In addition to live saxophone performance I also provide ceremony audio support and work closely with DJs, planners, and venues to ensure clear and reliable sound throughout the event. This makes it easy for clients to combine live music with professional audio coverage in one setup.

I require access to a standard 15A grounded power outlet within 100 feet of the performance area.

I provide all necessary sound equipment for the performance, including professional PA speakers, wireless microphones, mixer, and playback systems. I coordinate setup placement as needed to ensure safe cable management and minimal disruption to guest areas.

If the venue has specific setup restrictions or sound requirements, I am happy to coordinate in advance to ensure compliance and a smooth event experience.
