Yes, I agree. The DJ was clearly unprepared and didn’t follow our agreement regarding the song list and technical details. When I arrived, he seemed surprised about having a saxophonist and had no idea what to play. Even after I showed him our email, he claimed he didn’t have any of the songs. Thankfully, a venue music engineer stepped in to help with the setup. Given the circumstances, I did my best to deliver a great performance.
Put on such a great show!! So talented!! Don’t think twice, just book!

It’s impossible to give Alex enough praise. He was just INCREDIBLE—he played at our beach wedding on Cape Cod in August and every single person I spoke with told me how much they loved him and multiple people called him the “life of the party.” Everyone was on their feet dancing the WHOLE night! He didn’t even need the playlist in advance—he can literally play everything, from electronic dance hits to slow ballads from Sting and classic oldies, and even Romanian pop (we had a Jewish-Romanian wedding). He started the evening playing for our processional AND recessional and more than just the beautiful sound, the images of the sax silhouetted on the beach at sunset are just gorgeous. In combination with our DJ, he created the perfect vibe we were going for and I could not have asked for better. I mean, he played for 6 hours straight—this guy doesn’t get tired!!! Plus he was so nice and easy to work with. I hope we have more parties just so we can hire Alex again!!! We love you!!!

LiveSax was absolutely FANTASTIC!! My husband and I hired LiveSax to play during our wedding reception including playing for our reception entrance.
Everyone couldn't stop raving about how amazing he was. He was able to bring amazing energy to the reception and played along with the DJ perfectly. We had an indian/American fusion reception and LiveSax played along perfectly with all of it.
