What's Your Origin Story?

Overview

I work with high school and collegiate athletes, teaching them that there is life beyond the scoreboard. After building a team to compete in the Special Olympics USA games, and winning gold after only having the team together for four months, I understand the value of building the right mindset amongst the coaching staff and athletes. Sharing stories, anecdotes, and words of encouragement to help them balance the stress of sports and life.

Sound System has been tested for proper operation.

Prefers a well-lit stage that is open and empty. Does not need a podium.

Please leave the house lights on enough so that the audience can be seen from stage.

Please sit audience directly in the front in a theater style setting. No seating behind or to the side.

If speaking at a school, the preference is to have the assembly in an auditorium. If a gymnasium is the only option, sit students only on one side with the remainder on the gym floor or contact us to discuss other options.

The audience should be seated as close to the stage as possible.

Please put a table beside the exit of the room to share resources and autograph merchandise for your group.

There should be a 15-minute break immediately after the speech in which could be used for interaction with audience members, sign autographs, take photos, etc.
