I recently had the opportunity to hear Dwight speak with a group of young student leaders. Dwight delivered an incredibly inspiring and energizing message centered on mentorship, networking, and cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset. What stood out most was not just the passion behind the words, but the clarity and practicality of the message.
By telling his story, Dwight connected with the students on a personal level- as it was apparent the students were locked in and engaged with Dwight and his every word. Dwight emphasized how mentorship can accelerate growth and help these young people avoid common pitfalls while gaining insight from those who have already walked the path. Rather than framing success as a solo journey, he highlighted the power of learning from others and being intentional about seeking guidance and feedback.

Instead of waiting for the “perfect moment,” he urged everyone to start taking action today—no matter how small the step; and to not be discouraged- to keep moving forward as you never know where the path may lead.
Overall, this was more than just a motivational talk; it was a call to action. The students were very engaged and asking lots of questions; and I believe they left not only inspired but equipped with a new perspective on how to move forward with purpose, intention, and confidence.
