Not the rules that dim the soul’s flame,
But the One who calls them by name.
Before they were formed, He knew their part,
Etched their purpose deep in His heart.
Yet our generations let faith slip away,
The stories untold, the memory gray.
How could we forget the Red Sea’s roar,
Our God who opened paths unseen before?
But now we see the same refrain,
As children turn to idols again.
