I play many styles of music, and can usually find the exact song you're looking for that will sound beautiful on the harp. Additionally, I play with other musicians and can provide other strings and wind instruments for your wedding and reception.

Cheryl's services include solo harp performance, harp ensemble, and mixed instrument ensemble. Clients can choose harp alone, or add piano and/or organ for no additional price. Cheryl provides amplification, music stand, and lighting. Cheryl plays events from 1 to 4 hours. She can play for most any type of event, providing either background music or acting as the headline performer. Specialty genres are classical, Christian, Celtic, popular/folk, international, and easy listening. Other available services include harp ensembles, and mixed instrument ensembles including flute, violin, and cello.
Cheryl also accepts private harp and piano students in her home studio.
Cheryl has played piano and organ for 45 years, beginning in grade school. She started playing harp as an adult, with more than 20 years experience. Cheryl teaches piano and harp students, coordinates the Cara Harp Ensemble and Everett Chorale Celtic Players, and has played for numerous events including receptions, parties, weddings, memorial services, concerts and religious services.
Cheryl provides battery operated lighting for the harp strings and music stand. Clients provide any additional lighting required. Cheryl also provides a small, portable battery-operated amplifier. Clients provide additional/larger amplification as required. Staging requires sufficient space for the harp, chair and music stand. Access to power optional. For outdoor events, covering must be provided for instrument and player to protect from direct sun or any rain.
