Charmaine Ashby is an ordained Reverend, ordained through the Jameson School of Ministry, and a credentialed professional with the International Coaching Federation. She brings more than 30 years of leadership experience, serving with wisdom, integrity, and a deep commitment to spiritual, personal, and relational growth.

She is a retired United States Postal Service professional, having served in leadership throughout her final twenty years of service. Her extensive leadership background provides a strong foundation in people development, accountability, and organizational excellence, which she has applied in ministry, coaching, and leadership development environments.

Reverend Ashby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, an Organizational Leadership certificate, and has completed multiple disciplines of study, including pastoral studies, preaching and teaching, and facilitation training. Her academic and ministerial preparation equips her to teach, mentor, and lead with clarity, depth, and practical application.

She is the Owner and Founder of Charmaine Ashby Life and Marriage Coaching, where she supports individuals and couples in building healthy, purpose-driven, and God-honoring relationships. Married for 17 years, she ministers from lived experience and biblical truth, offering faith-based guidance that promotes emotional healing, personal development, and relational wholeness.

Reverend Ashby serves as an Associate Minister at Emmanuel Gospel Home Missions and attends First African Baptist Church of Philadelphia. She is also the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Literacy Nation, Incorporated, serves as President of the Friends of the Sharon Hill Public Library, and is the Past President of the Philadelphia Chapter of NETWORK, an affiliate organization of the United States Postal Service dedicated to supporting and developing women into leadership roles.

✔ Arrival about 30–45 minutes early for setup and sound check

✔ Comfortable, well-lit area to perform
✔ Seating arranged so guests can easily see and hear
✔ Reasonably quiet environment during performance
