He has over 30 years of professional business experience and has served in leadership positions throughout his career. He authored the leadership books "7 Needs of High Performing Employes" and "Unleashing Team Confidence." He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, numerous technical certifications, and awards as a Toastmaster International Speaker.
Charles is trained in visionary communication and uses that knowledge to draw the audience into his speeches and messages. He loves interactive sessions and feeds off the audience input and responses. He always seeks to deliver more than a speech. His goal is to provide excellent information combined with inspiration to create a positive experience the audience will cherish.
