* A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the agreed performance fee is required to secure and reserve the event date.
* The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
* The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the performance, prior to the start of the show.
* Payments may be made by Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or other mutually agreed-upon payment methods.

The client agrees to provide:

* Event date and venue address
* Performance start time
* Contact person for the day of the event
* Estimated audience size
* Show format and allotted performance time

Performance Requirements

The client will provide:

* A performance area that is safe, clean, and suitable for live comedy.
* A functioning sound system with microphone and speaker(s) appropriate for the venue size, unless otherwise agreed.
* Adequate lighting for the performance area.
* A designated host or event coordinator available before and during the event.

Client Responsibilities

* Ensure the venue is prepared before the scheduled performance time.
* Maintain audience control to minimize interruptions.
* Obtain any required venue permissions or event permits.

Cancellation Policy

* The 50% deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels the event.
* If Charles Brooks Jr. must cancel due to an emergency, all payments received will be refunded, or the event may be rescheduled if both parties agree.

Delays

* If the event is delayed beyond the scheduled performance time, performance time may be adjusted based on availability.
* Extended delays may be subject to an additional fee.
