In general, you can expect that I’m here to help. I’ll provide a questionnaire that will be used to build a schedule but also ensure you are checking off all the items that need to be completed to make your special day a success. I want you to have everything you need, which includes vendors, supplies and details!

I also will be sure to provide options that give you choices when it comes to expenses. I’m not someone who wants to spend a lot of money on something when I know I can get a better deal. I want the same for you.

At an early age, I found being organized, making lists and checking items off that list came naturally, but it wasn’t until I joined the military and started volunteering, and then, a few years latter that, a part of my job, that I realized how much I truly enjoyed planning events-and it didn’t matter the type.

From Christmas Parties to fundraisers as a Structures troop (basically a handyman for the Air Force Base), to being responsible for planning an annual media contest, awards event and conference for multimedia professionals in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, scheduling media engagements for elected officials, including the President of the United States, and foreign dignitaries, as well as tours of Andrews Air Force Base, and planning training events for Air Force personnel, I was able to realize that I truly had a passion for planning events, and with that passion, came a successful career in the Air Force.

Outside of my professional event planning for the Air Force, I planned fundraisers for Big Brothers, Big Sisters, helped friends and family with birthday parties, retirement ceremonies and weddings. I, of course, planned personal events for my children, which included various themes like Transformers and camping, but even when I planned my own retirement ceremony, I still needed assistance. After all, you can’t be in two places at one time.

I retired in 2019, and I was hired to continue planning events for a company outside of Austin alongside other responsibilities, but the event planning continued to be something I truly enjoyed. In December of 2019, I decided to go into business to help others who might need an extra set of handsome the weeks leading up to as well as they day of, or those who have no idea where to start when planning an event.

With over 20 years of experience planning events, I strive to be the point person who can assist those who need my assistance, big or small, to allow them the opportunity to have an enjoyable and stress-free time. I also do my best to help ensure their money is well spent no matter the size of budget. I love being a part of something that will make life-long memories.
