What to expect

Constant communication from the beginning. l'll ask your name, the date of your event, the venue, amount of guests, caterer and rental company and if you will need help with any of these. I'll get to know you and what your vision is, asking questions to get to know how best we can serve you and your guests so "you can be a guest at your own party". Then find out what kind of service you would like your guests to experience, sit down, family style or buffet service and send on an estimate with our contract to secure our services should you like to proceed. You will also receive a handwritten note with business cards and a magnet.

About

Born and raised in Los Angeles, after working in the Wall Street industry for 20 years. I moved to Paso Robles for a better life for my daughter Tiffany, who grew up with a mom that was finally able to spend time raising her. I gave up a lot, but gained much more. Retiring for 2 years to be "mom", then started a catering company, after realizing that I didn't like cooking (LOL), but loved setting up the events from beginning to end, realized I didn't have to cook, I could simply "hire" the chefs and caterers and they hire me! here lies Central Coast Party Helpers! Now I do what I'm good at, putting things together! Relieving the stress of the client, I set everything up by bringing them professional servers, bartenders, kitchen help and if they need it, the caterer, rental company. If they don't have a coordinator one will be appointed to them or I can do it up to a limit:). I also had a "Cooking Show" at Idler's Appliances in their Paso Robles store, we packed the house but I got so busy we had to put a stop on it until I figure out how to manage both! In the meantime, I've been extremely busy running Central Coast Party Helpers. I'm growing fast and am working hard to keep up with this growing industry. Brigitte
