The even better part was that they sound amazing!! The ceremony was over a week ago and I am still receiving compliments. The music moved me to tears several times during the ceremony. June 11, 2017They couldn't produce the full accompaniment to one of our important service tunes, "I Vow to Thee My Country." It seemed obvious to me that they'd never heard it (check out the BBC Proms at the end of the festival to gather a sense of the song!.
By and by, though, these people were more than competent to bring good, live music to our event.
I wouldn't hesitant to hire them again.

An extremely professional performance ensemble that arrives from an hour to thirty minutes before the performance for set up and sound check. Our music varies from standard classical quartets to pop, rock, musical theater, and fiddle/folk tunes. We have an arranger who puts together any music that is not part of our standard repertoire, and we are extremely flexible when it comes to performances.
The Firefly String Quartet is a New England based performance ensemble consisting of Sarah Rogers( violin), Silvija Kristapsons (violin & viola), Ariel Chu (violin & viola), and Adaeze Ogunedo (cello). They have performed for different occasions; such as weddings, church performances, and private events. Each member of the ensemble has received a bachelor’s degree in music, and have learned from premiere musicians in their home states. The group had its inaugural start in early 2015 and have been performing strongly ever since.
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
We only expect that there be four chairs with no arms waiting for us in a designated location and that we be kept out of any inclement weather or harsh sunlight.
