In "The Lost Art of Excellent Customer Service" keynote, I share strategies related to the do's and don't s of providing excellent customer service to your clients/customers.

In my keynote, "The Art of Crystal Clear Communication." I explain in detail the importance of communication. I take the audience back in time when communicating was a yell across the fence and whisk them forward into the 21st century and todays modern technology. I encourage participants to embrace technology and social media to get that all important message out to their clients as clearly and effectively as possible.

What to expect

The participants will come thinking they are going to have to endure another boring speech. ((ANYTHING BUT BORING)).
My key notes are full of energy, interactive and fun. I use humorous antidotes, props and interaction with the audience to bring life to my presentations. "I LOVE WHAT I DO" is my theme, and it shows through my presentations.

About

One of the most exciting and educational experiences in my life has been the time I have been active in Toastmasters International. For fourteen years I have participated in many Toastmaster leadership programs . I have achieved the highest level in TMI "The Distinguished Toastmaster." Over my forty five year business career, I have served in a wide variety of sales and customer service related positions. Currently, I am a small business owner/entrepreneur. I have used my experience in business coupled with my Toastmaster's training and my love for public speaking to develop the keynotes I present. All the information I share is from a life time of experience. I have learned strategies which have proven to be productive in both areas of customer service and communication.

As a business owner, I know what I expect from my employees when it relates to serving my customers. I also know what I expect when I am the customer. This is why "The Lost Art of Excellent Customer Service" keynote is a must for all managers and employees who serve your customers or clients. Your clients are your number one asset. They deserve the very best.

Communication is the link which brings all concerned parties together to create a solution for the task at hand. Clear communication is absolutely important in making sure everyone involved is proceeding forward together. My key note, "The Fine Art of Crystal Clear Communication" addresses the importance of communicating both internally and externally. I use humorous antidotes and props to entertain, inspire, and educate the audience. This speech will help them understand the importance of communicating clearly. I take the participants back in time to the early days when communicating by use of technology was rudimentary and very inefficient. Then! I whisk then forward to the 21st century and modern communication resources. I help the audience understand the importance of embracing technology and social media in order to be heard.

Both "The Lost Art of Excellent Customer Service" and "The Fine Art of Crystal Clear Communication" are enlightening, informative and entertaining keynotes.
