If you're my client: I am highly organized and flexible: if you want input on song selection, I am happy to offer it. I am also happy to remain a background player, providing you with beautiful music that you select yourself. I am available for rehearsals and willing to collaborate with additional musicians. You can expect responses via email/text within minutes, not hours, and you can expect the utmost in professionalism.

If you're in the audience: though it depends on the event/venue, expect to be entertained in whatever manner fits the occasion! In restaurants/bars/live music venues, I engage with the audience and incorporate a bit of humor into my between-song banter. At any event, expect to hear a variety of music -- sometimes songs to sing along to, sometimes song that I hope will become new favorites!

I've been singing and playing the piano since I was 5 years old. I studied music in college, and I continue to perform today. I have experience singing jazz, rock, opera, and everything in between!

As an event/occasion musician, I regularly sing and/or play the piano for weddings, funerals, corporate events, and private parties. I also play at bars and restaurants. I tailor my setlist to suit my clients' needs.

As an original musician, I have played some of Chicago's best venues as both a solo artist and with an indie rock band.

I can use house equipment (amplifiers, keyboards, upright pianos, etc.) or provide my own (Roland multi-channel keyboard amplifier, boom mic).

I play either a Korg Krome or a Yamaha 88-key keyboard.
