We booked with this company more than 2 months before our son’s 10-year old birthday party. Less than 5 days before my son’s party, Caroline refused to honor the agreement she and her company made for bartending services. She tried to renegotiate and increase the price that we agreed to, and when I refused to renegotiate, she cancelled and refused to do our event, leaving us to scramble at the last minute to find a new bartender.

Caroline bartended my 60th birthday party and she was absolutely amazing. The drinks were great, her service and professionalism were impeccable and she went above and beyond to help with setting up even though that wasn't her job. She is very pleasant and even got me a birthday gift! I would definitely recommend Caroline's Craft Mobile Bartending to anyone who's looking for a great experience.
