I’m Crystal, the founder of Viva La Pour, a North Carolina mobile bartending service created from my love of bringing people together and making celebrations feel special.

With years of experience in business management and customer service, I’ve learned that the little details can completely change a guest’s experience. I created Viva La Pour to bring that same level of care, organization, and personal attention to weddings and events.

For me, bartending is about more than serving drinks. It’s about creating an atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, the hosts can relax, and everyone can enjoy the moment. I especially love helping couples and families create signature cocktails and drink menus that reflect their personalities, cultures, and celebrations.

From weddings and quinceañeras to birthdays, corporate events, and private parties, my goal is to make the bar one of the most memorable parts of your event.

At Viva La Pour, we bring the professionalism without losing the personality, fun, and warmth that make a celebration feel truly special.

Our setup requirements are simple:
• A designated bar area with enough space for our bartending setup and safe movement behind the bar
• Access to the event space with adequate setup and breakdown time
• Access to water for bar service and cleanup
• Access to electricity if required for the selected bar setup or equipment
• A level, stable surface for the bar area
• Adequate lighting in and around the bar area for safe service
• Venue approval for bartending and alcohol service
• Client-provided alcohol, when applicable, based on the selected service package and event requirements

For outdoor events, we ask that the bar be placed on a stable surface and have adequate protection from rain, excessive heat, or severe weather.

No special staging or sound equipment is required.

Specific requirements may vary depending on the event size, location, menu, and selected package. We’ll review the details with you in advance so everything is ready for smooth bar service on event day.
