Carly and her team are the best!

We hired Carly and her team for bar service and passed beverages, and they absolutely delivered! The team was incredibly prompt, professional, and made our guests feel well taken care of throughout the event. Carly is amazing!

My husband and I hired Carly for our wedding, and she was amazing! She's so warm, easygoing, and personable, and made the process easy with plenty of options and modifications for our wants (namely, providing very specific options). She answered all of our random questions quickly and without judgement. Her prices were quite reasonable. We offered an amaro tasting bar, and she and her team went above and beyond with learning the tasting notes and guiding our guests through them! They also did an amazing job decorating the bar to match our aesthetic, between some random objects we handed them and their own stuff. At the end of the night, everything was packed up neatly for us and ready to go before I even knew it. Should I ever need a bar service again, I will absolutely call Carly! Thank you!!!

Excellent Service and Cocktails!

Working with Carly and her team member Randy was truly an experience both professional and enjoyable. They created a warm and accommodating environment for our first office party at our new office space in Watertown. Everyone enjoyed the specialty cocktail list that Carly was so thoughtful to put together in honor of one of our executives (whom the party was for) I highly recommend to book Carly or a member of her team for your next event, you will not be disappointed and will likely be thinking of another event you can book them for before your current event ends!

Carly provided bartending services for my 50th birthday celebration in our home. But she doesn’t just provided bartending services. She is there to help with whatever is needed to make sure the event goes smoothly. Which, as a former event planner I really value and appreciate.
Carly came up with the perfect “speciality cocktail” for my party- which had guests talking about even the next day! We had the pleasure of working with Carly’s Beverage Services & Events for a recent large party, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! They arrived fully equipped and brought a fantastic team consisting of a bartender, a lead, and a helper—all of whom were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the event.

Not only did they make drinks for everyone, but they went above and beyond by assisting with clean-up during the party, managing trash removal, and even setting up a self-serve bar at the end of the night so our guests could continue enjoying themselves. It was clear that Carly’s team is dedicated to making events seamless and stress-free.

What to expect

::: Full dry service! Starting at $500 :::
We provide everything needed but the alcohol! This includes your insured, certified bartender, all full pop up bar tools, equipment, and supplies, all standard non-alcoholic beverages, mixers, and garnish for a full bar. With the included alcohol consultation, we help develop the menu based on your alcohol budget. We, then, have the option to source and order alcohol deliveries on your behalf. You simply need to pay the alcohol supplier on a separate bill.

::: Bartender with all the pop-up bar necessities! Starting at $450 :::
Includes your insured, certified bartender for set up, service and clean up. We will provide all needed equipment for chilling, serving, batching, and clean up. The Pop-up bar includes a table bar on risers with linen as the front bar and 2 back and side tables with linen. We bring all the ice, cups, cocktail napkins, and standard garnish so you only need to provide the beverages!

::: Just The Bartender Please! Starting at $300 :::
All our bartenders are fully insured and certified for a state recognized, professional service. Your bartender will typically arrive 2 hours before the start of your event to set up the bar. All bartenders come equipped with basic bar and mixing tools such as shakers, bar keys, and pour spouts. The base rate includes all set up, clean up and booking fees.

Additional booking notes

There are several things that will be required for us to perform beverage service.

ALCOHOL PURCHASING
We cannot provide alcohol directly. What we can do is consult with you about your event needs and coordinate with local distributors on your behalf. We would schedule delivery and coordinate any returns. You would only need to pay the bill with the distributor separately from the service billing you would receive from Carly's. Most of our clients opt to purchase the alcohol themselves and keep what is left over.

WORK SPACE
We usually ask for an 6ftx6ft space for each bar. Any other service stations will usually require a minimum of 4ftx2ft. If we are providing glassware, we require a minimum space of 4ftx4ft for clearing and sorting.

SITE CONTACT
We require a site contact to be present for deliveries and pre-set up contract confirmation. The site contact does not have to be the client. They can be an event planner, venue manager, food catering coordinator, or anyone that has the ability to make decisions regarding service locations and set up. While we collect most of the pertinent information long before arrival to the event, we understand that last minute changes can often occur. We want to confirm we have the most up to date information about your event when we set up.
