• **An organized setup:** We arrive ahead of service to prepare the agreed bar area and coordinate with your planner or venue contact.

• **Friendly, attentive bartending:** Your guests receive welcoming service, carefully prepared drinks, and responsible alcohol service throughout the event.

• **Bar breakdown and cleanup:** After service, we break down our setup and leave the bar area tidy.

The Crafted Pour brings that approach to weddings, private parties, and corporate events throughout Massachusetts. We offer professional bartending, personalized drink menus, and help planning the bar—from choosing cocktails to organizing mixers, garnishes, and supplies.

Whether you’re planning a backyard gathering, an elegant wedding, or a company celebration, we tailor our service to your guests, your style, and your event. You provide the alcohol, and we help bring the bar experience together.

• **Alcohol:** The client provides all alcohol. We can help with selections and purchase quantities based on your guest count and drink menu.

• **Bar area:** We need a stable, level workspace with enough room to prepare and serve drinks safely. Please confirm whether the venue provides a bar or service table, or whether a portable bar needs to be included in your quote.

• **Supplies:** Mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, tools, and other supplies will be outlined in your quote. Please confirm all included and client-provided items before the event.

• **Venue access:** Please share parking, unloading instructions, stairs, elevator access, and any restrictions in advance. Setup and breakdown access must be arranged outside the scheduled beverage service hours.

• **Outdoor events:** The bar area needs suitable weather protection and adequate lighting. Please have a backup plan for rain, strong winds, or extreme temperatures.

• **Water and electricity:** Access to clean water and a designated area for disposing of liquids is helpful. Electrical needs depend on the agreed equipment and will be confirmed during planning.

• **Lighting, staging, and sound:** No stage or sound system is required. The bar area must be well lit for safe preparation, service, and ID checks.

• **Responsible service:** Guests must be 21 or older to receive alcohol, and valid photo ID may be requested. We reserve the right to refuse service to underage or visibly intoxicated guests.

• **Venue requirements:** Please confirm that your venue permits outside bartenders and client-supplied alcohol. Any venue-specific rules, required documentation, or permit requirements should be discussed before booking.

• **Final details:** Final guest count, drink selections, and event details are due 10 days before the event. Staffing and service needs will be confirmed based on the event format and menu.
