Before your event, we confirm the key details needed to prepare your experience, including the event date, venue, service time, guest count, selected booth experience, print or digital needs, branding details, backdrop preferences, layout requirements, and any venue-specific logistics. If your event includes custom branding, sponsor recognition, AI scenes, trading cards, or specialty outputs, we will also collect the details needed to prepare those designs in advance.

On event day, our team arrives early to set up before the contracted service time begins. Setup and teardown are completed outside of the active booth service window so your reserved time is focused on guest interaction. Our staff remains on site during the event to operate the booth, assist guests, manage the flow, and help keep the experience running smoothly.

Guests can expect a guided, easy-to-use experience. Depending on the selected service, this may include on-site prints, digital sharing, branded photo designs, custom AI outputs, 360 videos, trading cards, headshots, draw sheets, or a digital-only experience. We help guests understand what to do, keep the line moving, and support a consistent result throughout the event.

We work with clients who care about more than just having “a photo booth.” Image quality, booth presentation, guest experience, staffing, setup logistics, and what guests actually receive all matter. Because every event is different, pricing depends on the selected experience, event date, location, service time, guest count, branding needs, print or digital requirements, and any venue-specific logistics. CaptureME Photo Booth is based in Windsor, Colorado and serves Northern Colorado, Denver, Boulder, Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins, Estes Park, and surrounding areas.

Technical requirements vary slightly depending on the photo booth experience selected, but most CaptureME Photo Booth setups require a flat, dry, stable indoor space with access to a standard electrical outlet within 25 feet of the booth area.

For most photo booth experiences, we recommend approximately 10' x 10' of space. If props, a memory book table, trading card production, keychain production, or additional display elements are included, additional space may be needed. A 12' x 12' area is ideal when props or guest flow space are part of the setup.

A standard dedicated electrical outlet is required. The booth should not share power with a DJ, catering equipment, lighting production, or other high-draw vendors. Reliable power helps keep the experience running smoothly throughout the event.

Indoor placement is strongly preferred and may be required depending on the selected experience. Photo booth equipment, cameras, printers, tablets, props, and production materials are sensitive to weather, wind, moisture, direct sun, temperature changes, and uneven ground. Outdoor setups are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must meet specific coverage, stability, temperature, and power requirements.

The booth should be placed on a flat surface with enough room for guests to enter, exit, and form a line without blocking walkways, catering service, emergency exits, or the dance floor. Placement near loud speakers, direct airflow, uneven flooring, or high-traffic service paths should be avoided whenever possible.

Wi-Fi is helpful and may be required for certain features such as instant digital sharing, branded microsites, email or text delivery, AI processing, surveys, lead capture, or live galleries. If reliable venue Wi-Fi is not available, let us know in advance so we can discuss the best options for your event.

Some experiences, such as trading cards, keychains, AI headshots, AI photo booth activations, or AI Draw ME Bots, may require additional table space, production space, internet access, or a larger layout to support guest flow and on-site output production.

Setup and teardown are completed outside of the contracted service time. Our team will coordinate arrival needs based on the selected experience, venue access, parking, loading instructions, and any event-specific requirements.
