Before the Event
We start with a consultation to understand your goals, timeline, and vision. You'll know exactly what to expect on shoot day — no surprises. We handle logistics, shot lists, and coordination so you can focus on your event.

On the Day
Our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and ready to work. We move efficiently, communicate clearly with your staff and vendors, and stay out of the way while capturing everything you need. Licensed drone coverage is available for aerial shots that add a cinematic dimension to any event.

After the Shoot
All footage and photos are professionally edited and delivered via a private online gallery. You'll receive polished, ready-to-use content, no raw dumps (unless that's what you want). We work to agreed-upon timelines and keep you updated throughout post-production.

Daybreak Media was founded by Brandon, a Denver-based visual storyteller with a passion for capturing moments that matter. After a career in Investor Relations, Brandon brought the same attention to detail, professionalism, and client-first mindset into the world of photo and video production, building Daybreak Media into a full-service creative production company serving the Colorado Front Range and beyond.

Daybreak Media specializes in videography, photography, headshots, drone services, and social media content for corporate clients, events, and individuals. Equipment We Bring
Daybreak Media shoots on Sony mirrorless camera systems and carries professional lighting including strobe and continuous options for any environment. Licensed drone equipment is available for aerial photo and video coverage, subject to FAA regulations and venue approval.

What We Need From You
- Venue access at least 30–60 minutes prior to start time for setup
- A point of contact on-site for coordination
- Advance notice of any restricted areas or vendor guidelines
- Drone operations require open airspace and venue/property approval — we handle FAA compliance (this will be handled during a pre-production meeting)

Power
We are largely self-sufficient but may require a standard power outlet for lighting setups at longer events.
