Cam Olver is a Boston based solo guitarist specializing in fingerstyle. He creates intricate arrangements that seemingly defy the capabilities of one instrument and emulate the lavish construction of a full band. The result is a wonderfully complex music that is easy to listen to and suits any scenario. The arrangements and setlist can be tailored to each situation for the perfect environment. He has played many events, ranging from wedding ceremonies to the Colorado Governor's Art Gala.
Cam graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor of Music in Performance and recording and production. His studies were full of varied ensemble experiences, as well as an in-depth development of his skills as a guitarist and a solo arranger. He has put these skills to use in his post grad projects, including an EP release, numerous covers, and fingerstyle-specific competitions such as the 2024 Natasha International Fingerstyle Competition, where he placed in the finals.
Three outlets are preferred, and if there is a preferred PA, one quarter inch input is all that's needed.
