Allison Wells and Ryan Roedl, partners and owners of CaliBachi, Located in Pico-Union LA
Hailing from Aurora, Indiana, Allison Wells and Ryan Roedl each bring over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry. Their passion for creating the perfect dining experience blossomed while working alongside one another in a local Indiana restaurant. Rising quickly through the ranks to become General Managers and Head Chef, they soon realized that their combined strengths and shared vision could take them to new heights.
Pursuing Their Dreams
With a vision of one day owning their own restaurant, Allison Wells and Ryan Roedl moved to Los Angeles, California, to pursue their dreams as business partners. During their first year in LA, while living in Koreatown, they developed a deep appreciation for the Asian-American fusion food culture and the convenience of delivery services in the city. It was there that their ideas came together, and they realized they were on the right path to achieving their dream.
The creation of CaliBachi became a mission fueled by their dedication to providing the best hibachi in Pico-Union, Los Angeles. Opening in Fall 2024, we’re excited to serve the city with delicious meals and quick delivery. As we continue to grow, we look forward to expanding our brand into more cities and opening brick-and-mortar restaurants where all our patrons can gather and enjoy the CaliBachi experience!

We are looking to expand our service to live events, where you can hire us to vendor food at any size event you might be having. 10x10 - 20x20 cooking booth, guest/customers could walk up order and see there meals being prepared. It adds a very nice touch to any parties environment!
