My set can range from chill singer-songwriter original songs with myself and a keyboard to Top 40 covers to empowering originals to tracks to get the audience up and dancing. I tailor my set to what suits the audience.
I also created a program called "Music with a Message" through which I bring confidence tool into schools.
Music with a Message was awarded an Inspiration Grant from Arts KC for the program and was featured on Fox 4 last month. I work with students K-12 and am able to adapt my message depending on my audience.

"Music with a Message Rings true with Kids" Janette Lauro Charlotte, NC
The pop artist/ composer Caley Rose is on a mission: Making music while making a difference. She has honed her talents skillfully in order to reach adolescents who may be struggling socially, academically or emotionally. I am a middle school Choral director in Charlotte NC who hosted Caley Rose for an afternoon in the spring of 2022. She immediately made a connection with my 7th graders singing her soul searching ballads and upbeat anthems. My students were not only entertained but intrigued by the messages the music contained. Long after the performance concluded, students were engaged in self affirming dialogue using Ms. Rose’s music as a catalyst for meaningful discussion. I highly recommend that school systems considering hosting artists for character education and/ or self esteem building programs contact Ms. Rose and her “Music with a Message.” In the immortal words of Hans Christian Andersen,” Where words fail, music speaks.”
Billboard Charting artist, Caley Rose, is an award winning Pop Singer & Songwriter whose music has been featured on Top 40 radio, TV, commercials & film. She empowers women & youth with her “Music with a Message” Program in which she brings “confidence tools into schools” across the country. This former opera and Off-Broadway singer’s songs have been featured in commercials for Lipton, Adobe, the Tomorrowland Music Festival, documentaries, and on Telemundo (La Voz) and have received awards from the John Lennon Songwriting Contest, Mid-Atlantic Song Contest, the Empower Posi Music Awards, grants from ArtsKC, and more.
I can bring my own keyboard, mic, stool, stand, & Bose s1 speaker, if needed.
