Burning Genesis

A metal band ready to give you a show.

We are a wide-ranging metal group with harmony, a heavy sound palette, and an interest in a wide range of music. While 4 of the members are teenagers, the lead guitarist and co-songwriter G is in his later years, bringing a sense of stability and polish to the already overwhelming raw talent the others have demonstrated. Never afraid to blur the lines of what can be done, Burning Genesis prides itself in just being labeled metal. The band was formed originally on June 5th, 2020 by Gavin Harris, rhythm guitarist and songwriter, Andrew Ring, vocalist and songwriter, and James Decker drums/percussion and songwriter. The following year, G (the lead guitarist/songwriter), was added in June 2021. The most recent lineup change was Beau Ragan on bass guitar in July of 2023, thereby filling out and completing the current lineup. We have one album out called "MY O.P.I.C.” and we are working on our second album.
