The Mockingbirds were absolutely incredible at our wedding! They are super talented musicians who had the dance floor going solid for 4 hours! So many of my guests told me that this was the best wedding band & playlist they had ever heard. Mason was very easy to work with throughout the whole process - helping us customize a playlist that fit the vibe we were looking for (the band even learned a bunch of custom songs). Music is very important to me and the Mockingbirds exceeded all expectations. I could not recommend them more. If you're thinking about hiring them, go for it!
Wedding Band
I just had the Mockingbirds play at our wedding and they made the experience just incredible. They were high energy, great performers, and got everyone up on their feet and dancing. My husband even worked with them and put on a surprise for me where I got to do karaoke with the band to my favorite song.

Fantastic Experience. We recently hired The Mockingbirds to play at my fathers wedding as a gift. They were timely, Professional and extremely entertaining. Prior to the wedding we had asked if my son (The groom's 11 year old grandson) could join the band and play a few songs on his bass guitar. They had no issue allowing him to join and even did a video call the week prior to make sure he was up to speed. The day of, the band was SO welcoming to him and gave him a real life band experience. Everyone loved it and kept asking me for the band's details! You will absolutely not regret hiring this band!!

The Mockingbirds are not just your live band and DJ but can also provide Ceremony & Social hour musicians, Strings & Horns, New Orleans Style Second Line (only comes with main band), Live Band Karaoke, Play with the band too.
We'll make all the announcements from introducing the wedding party and special dances, to cutting the cake and making the grand exit!

We understand that every event needs specific, various accommodations. We can provide lighting and staging for small parties to large festivals. We work closely with DJU Productions, one of Houston's leading production companies to bring the capability for any sound, lighting, and staging needs.
